The National Investment Bank (NIB) finances the Informal Settlements Development Facility (ISDF) by nearly a billion Egyptian pounds to develop slums in various governorates of Egypt. This finance comes in the framework of a national plan to eradicate slums and provide civilized housing for the poor and the marginalized.
