Mrs/ Dalia Mustafa Kamel is one of the prominent leaders within the National Investment Bank, as she has an extensive portfolio of distinguished banking and financial experience spanning about 40 years at the bank, during which she progressed through many leadership positions and responsibilities, until she held the position of Assistant Managing Director for Investment and Resources since 2020, then Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank for Investment, Resources, Financial Affairs and Final Accounts.

Dalia Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Economics and Political Science degree from Cairo University, obtained in 1987 with a very good overall grade with honors. She is known for her efficiency, dedication, and sound decision-making, in addition to the distinguished relationships she maintains with all employees and clients of the bank, both internally and externally. She was selected as one of the 50 most influential women in 2021.

Achievements

Throughout her career, she has contributed effectively to the completion of many pivotal files and projects at the bank, most notably:

* Management of contributions and investments:

Supervising the management of the bank's investment portfolio and the bank's subscription operations in increasing the capital of companies and banks, and implementing investment exit policies in accordance with the approved controls.

* Liquidity and portfolio management:

Participating in investing the bank’s surplus liquidity in the best investment savings vehicles, in addition to supervising the implementation of the bank’s securities portfolio strategy and managing it through specialized companies.

* Restructuring and development:

Participating in the preparation of the bank's restructuring plan in cooperation with major international consulting firms.

* Financial management and budgeting:

Full supervision of the financial affairs sector, final accounts, and auditing of the bank’s financial statements and annual budget.

* Resource development:

Continuing to provide the necessary resources to cover the bank's activities and maximize revenues, in order to ensure that the bank's obligations are met and paid efficiently.

* Debt settlement:

Participating in reaching an integrated framework for settling the National Investment Bank’s debt to the National Bank of Egypt related to investment certificates and reaching an agreement to sign a protocol with the National Postal Authority to settle its debts.
