• The National Investment Bank (NIB) has invested in the Cairo therapeutic institution an estimated LE 89.2 million during the period from 2009/2010 to 2016/2017. Its main objectives were:

- Raise the level of medical service provided to citizens by replacing and renovating existing hospitals and establishing new hospitals.

- Benefiting from the infrastructure of the old Egypt Hospital by establishing an outpatient clinic building in the hospital instead of the old old building, and assembling the place of medical service, nursing and accounts.

- Keeping pace with the technology and providing hospitals with the latest medical devices, like the investment hospitals.

• These investments contributed to the implementation of many constructions and supplies for the therapeutic institution in Cairo, the most important of which are:

- The development and renovation of hospital buildings (Amr Ibn Al-Aas building, kitchen and the old building in the old Egyptian mirror - the fifth floor of the modern building of Islamic reform). Most of the departments in the institution's hospitals (reception, operations, intensive care, sick rooms, radiation)..

- Establishment of an outpatient clinic, heart surgery center and chest in the ancient Egyptian style, the Department of Early Childhood in Islamic Reform.

- Treatment of walls and insulation of surfaces in the institution's hospital buildings.

- Supplying various medical devices, equipment for patients' rooms and outpatient clinics, supplying and installing fire water networks, power lines and water tanks for the hospitals affiliated with the institution.
